Subscriptions: Purchases and renewals are handled by third parties (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). AISoftGG LLC does not store your payment information, though we may receive transaction confirmations (e.g., subscription status).

  • Provide & Improve the Service: We store your journal entries and AI chats so you can access, edit, and review them. Basic usage data helps us enhance the App's performance and user experience.
  • AI Processing: If you use our AI Buddies, your prompts and text are sent to OpenAI's ChatGPT API. While OpenAI indicates they do not use your prompts to train their models, we do not control how they log or store data temporarily.
  • Communications: We may send you emails for account-related matters (e.g., password resets, subscription notices).
  • Legal Compliance: We process your data as necessary to comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

  • OpenAI: AI prompts are transmitted to OpenAI for generating responses.
  • Cloud Hosting & Analytics: We use reputable third-party services for data storage and analytics.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others (e.g., court orders, legal processes).
